This smoothie is jam packed with all the best fruits and veggies to prep your mind and body to tackle anything thrown your way! Add in some vanilla protein powder, coconut water (or any nut milk) and some matcha lil bucks and voila! Make sure not to drink it too fast!!! Trust me you’ll want to enjoy every second of this one.

Veggie-loaded fuel for your day! The color is sure to make you smile too!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen steamed Japanese sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen steamed zucchini slices, peel on
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • 1 date
  • 4-5 frozen mint leaves
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup liquid (I did 1/2 nut milk, 1/2 coconut water)
  • Match Lil Bucks

Instructions

    Add everything to a high-speed blender. Be patient with blending, this smoothie is thick! Spoon into your favorite bowl and top with Matcha Lil Bucks!!!
