Sometimes you need to stop and smell the roses… or eat them! Danielle from @cacaoforcoconuts_ created this beautiful green smoothie bowl, which is amazing on its own, and took it up a notch by adding some cute “roses” on top!

This bowl is SO nutritious and, of course, delicious. BTW, while we’d love to see how you design your own “roses,” we get that sometimes you need to throw everything in a bowl and eat! Just add your toppings per usual, minus the art – we promise it’ll taste just as good.

Danielle's "Rosy" Smoothie Bowl

This green smoothie bowl is FULL of all the good stuff - fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds. Danielle created some "roses" on top which not only look adorable, but taste delicious.

Ingredients

  • Kale and romaine (a handful of each)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • Handful of frozen peaches
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tbsp Ground flax and pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
  • Sesame seeds
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Cinnamon
  • 1 heaping Tbsp sea moss gel
  • Date syrup
  • "Rose" toppings: strawberries, Cacao Bucks, Nemi Holisticks, and dark chocolate

Instructions

Blend all ingredients, transfer to a bowl, and add toppings!
