Our buckwheat story starts in an unlikely place: by the beach in Sydney, Australia, at a lush health food cafe.
In 2017, our founder Emily discovered the irresistible crunch and incredible benefits of sprouted buckwheat. Captivated by this nutrient-rich, gluten-free seed, she set out on a mission to share the love of sprouted buckwheat with other crunch-lovin' Americans!
